What budget do you have in mind? (required) Most food trucks will require a minimum of around $1,500. Some dessert trucks will have a lower minimum, and premium food trucks will have higher minimums. $10 – $15 per person e.g. desserts, snacks $15 – $20 per person e.g. casual lunch or dinner $20 – $30 per person e.g. premium food truck, lunch or dinner $30+ per person e.g. premium food truck, more formal event

What budget do you have in mind? (required) Most food trucks will require that you are able to guarantee a minimum sales amount for a guest-paid event. The minimum sales amount will vary by food truck.
