The Dumpling Hero is the most eye catching bright blue food truck on yyc streets. Awarded BEST ROOKIE 2019 at the Calgary Stampede. Serving a variety of handmade fusion style dumplings and baos that are always made fresh to order. All original signature dishes are made with a passion for using top quality ingredients and craftmanship. We are continuously inspired to create new flavours giving a modern twist to Asian cuisine.
