Darkside of the Q
Fresh Texas style BBQ smoked daily. we feature Brisket, Pulled Pork, St. Louis ribs and Pulled Chicken. Brisket and Butts are rubbed with our house made rub and smoked 12 to 18 hours. the ribs and chicken are also rubbed with our own specialty rubs before hitting the smoker. Sides are house made as well nothing is bought accept the ingredients.
