BeaverTails pastries are whole-wheat dough that are hand-stretched to the shape of a beaver's tail, cooked in canola oil and topped with your choice of delicious toppings. We also offer a few savory items such as poutine, fries, and a BeaverDog (which is a Nathan's all-beef hot dog wrapped in a BeaverTails pastry).
