Gaetano's Pizza Gourmet

This is the first summer for Gaetano's Pizza Gourmet. We have planned to open the business for a couple of years now. Italian pizza is our passion. The pizzaiolo has decades of experience making delicious food all across the globe. Born in Naples, he moved to Mexico and to Canada. He learned to make old-school pizza at Attillio, a world-renowned pizzeria in Naples. There, he was instructed by the founder at a young age. Since then, he has been making pizza and polishing his craft.
