A family owned business that started from the ground up 18 years ago as one of the first black-owned food trucks in Atlantic Canada. Our organization takes pride in our freshly cooked food and quality ingredients. A lifetime of passion for cooking coupled with our memorable dishes allowed Mr. Smooth to revolutionize the food truck industry.
