The Thrifty Foods Culinary Team is cooking edible bowls with your choice of protein on a bed of organic rice topped with crispy veggie slaw. Plus tasty deep fried wonton cheesecake and locally made kombucha & soda. We even have tasty guacamole with fried pita! The philosophy behind the Smile Truck is one of community, cooperation and creating a better food culture for everyone.
