Marimba

Marimba brings to Vancouver a tase of the amazing flavors and customer service of Mexico. Our concept (and owners) originates from Veracruz, a state in the Gulf of Mexico. We have an awesome and unique menu for Vancouverites to enjoy. With local ingredients we connect the Province of BC with the Gulf of Mexico. We supply our pork from Windsor Meats in East Van, and bake our bread in Plaisir Sucre in Kitsilano.
